Rhonda Ellis

Founder & President

Rhonda Ellis, DBA, PCC, NBC-HWC is the President of the Washington County Health Coalition. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a board-certified health coach (NBC-HWC), integrating leadership and well-being since 2020. As founder of INTOUCH Coaching, LLC, she coaches professionals across industries on emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and stress management. With a Doctor of Business Administration in Management/Healthcare Management, she brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare and higher education. Rhonda is a published co-author and contributor to leadership and wellness publications. In 2024, she joined the Washington County Health Coalition to help advance workplace health and well-being in NWA.

Brooke Taylor

Vice President

Brooke Taylor serves as Vice President of the Washington County Health Coalition. She is a physician recruiter for Arkansas Children’s Northwest, where she leads strategic hiring and provider onboarding across multiple specialties. With a background in pharmaceutical sales and early childhood education, she brings a unique blend of relationship-building, marketing, and leadership skills. A Certified Physician Recruitment Professional, Brooke is deeply connected to the NWA community and holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arkansas.

Angelika Evans

Treasurer

Angelika Evans serves as the Treasurer of the Washington County Health Coalition. Angelika is the Program Manager for Healthy Families Benton County at Child Care Aware of NWA, bringing over 14 years of experience in early childhood education and family support. In her role, she leads a nationally accredited home visiting program, oversees grant funding, and builds strategic partnerships across Northwest Arkansas. Her leadership ensures that families receive the support they need during critical early years of child development.
Angelika holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and continues to champion early learning through both her professional leadership and community volunteer work.
